Who are you, Glico?

  History began in 1919 with the production of 'The Nutrition Confection Glico'. "Glico" was the first product released by the company and eventually became the company's name. Afterwards, Glico began selling snacks and toys together, which were the beginning of the food toys, and the company grew more and installed billboards in Dotonbori, which became more popular than the brand.

 

  The famous Glico Neon sign, located in the Dotonbori River. The signboard of Glico has been changed five times by 2015, and is now said to be the sixth time, Glico clothes will be changed for festivals and events. There are various collabos such as wrestling suits, the national football team, and the Hanshin Tigers.

 

  In addition, Pokey made by Glico is the origin of that made Pepero Day.
